Service Description
1:1 Personal Training (Non-Members) Held at Fit 100 Gym, Watchfield – please book a consultation before your first session. A 1:1 Personal Training session tailored completely to your goals, needs, and lifestyle. This pay-as-you-go option is ideal if you don’t have a gym membership, your schedule’s a bit unpredictable, or you’re not quite confident training in a big gym. Come along with me to my regular, quiet and friendly gym in Watchfield, where we’ll focus on you — at your pace, with no pressure or judgement. Whether you’re brand new to training, returning after a break, working around injuries, or just want to feel stronger and more confident, I’m here to support you every step of the way. We’ll lift weights, build fitness, and most importantly - help you enjoy moving your body again. Because life’s too short not to feel your best… you only live once! Training created for women of all ages and experience levels.
Cancellation Policy
YOLO Fitness Personal Training Policy 1. Payments All sessions (1:1 PT and group classes) must be paid upfront to confirm booking. Pay per session, packages, or monthly memberships accepted. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. 2. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling Book via yolotraining.co.uk or the Wix app. Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges. Cancellations over 24 hours can be rebooked freely. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full and non-refundable. Rescheduled sessions must be used within the same calendar month or will be forfeited. Repeated late cancellations/no-shows may require prepayment or lead to booking suspension. Late arrivals shorten the session; end time remains the same. 3. Packages & Memberships Packages (e.g., 10 sessions) expire 3 months after purchase. Unused sessions after expiry will not be refunded or extended. 4. Client Responsibilities Complete a PAR-Q before starting. Provide accurate health info and update YOLO Fitness of changes. Arrive on time, wear suitable clothing and footwear. Exercise participation is voluntary and carries inherent risks. 5. Trainer Commitments YOLO Fitness provides safe, effective, and personalised sessions. Trainers are qualified, insured, and respect confidentiality. 6. Liability YOLO Fitness and trainers are not liable for injuries except in cases of proven negligence. Clients accept risks and participate voluntarily. 7. Photo & Video Consent Photos/videos for progress or marketing may be taken with permission. 8. Health & Safety Follow current health and safety guidelines. Notify if unwell; reschedule if needed. 9. Communication For cancellations/questions, contact via WhatsApp or email: 07739 086157 / laura@yolotraining.co.uk. Notify ASAP for cancellations to avoid charges. 10. Refunds & Disputes Refunds only for proven errors or exceptional cases, handled individually. Contact YOLO Fitness with any concerns to resolve.
