About me

I know first-hand that the path to feeling strong isn’t always straightforward.

When I first started training, I wasn’t confident. I was undereating, didn’t feel like I belonged in a gym, and was really struggling with my mental health. I felt lost in my body… and in my mind. The fitness world felt noisy — full of misinformation, unrealistic rules and constant pressure to look a certain way or “bounce back” after having a baby.

But moving my body... even just a little... became a turning point. Exercise, especially strength training, helped me feel better, not just physically but mentally too. And that’s what inspired me to do what I do now.

I wanted to create the kind of space I needed back then ... to be the support I once needed myself. A space that’s welcoming, supportive and judgment-free. Somewhere women can show up exactly as they are, build strength, grow in confidence and take care of their mental wellbeing too.

​

YOLO Fitness is more than just lifting weights... it’s about building a community. We show up for ourselves, cheer each other on and don’t take life (or training!) too seriously. We work hard, have a laugh and train in a way that feels good while getting results... whatever that might look like for you.

​

I know gyms can be intimidating. I’ve been that person who felt like they didn’t belong. But you do belong and I’m here to help you find that space. That’s why I work out of a lovely little gym in Watchfield (Fit100) it’s friendly, calm and the perfect place to build your confidence if you’re just starting out.

​

We’re changing the story. Fitness doesn’t have to be confusing or intimidating. I’m here to cut through the noise and make it simple, sustainable and personal to you - no cookie-cutter plans, no 7-day shreds and no pressure to be anything but yourself.

​

Just support, feel-good movement and habits you’ll actually want to stick with.

No pressure. No fluff. Just all the support and a bitta fun!

So whether you’re brand new to training, getting back into it after a break or just keen to try something new... you’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

My approach

I’m all about strength, functional fitness, and making training something you actually enjoy (yes, it’s possible!). My goal is to help you turn movement into a habit you can stick with for life.

Fitness should build you up and be something you look forward to. Wherever you're starting from I've got ya! We'll... celebrate your wins, I'll cheer you on through the wobbles and make sure you're focusing on progress over perfection.
This is about feeling better and working towards being your best self. Both physically and mentally.

I know reaching out can be the hardest part, particularly if you are nervous or you've had bad experiences but you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
