60-minute sessions tailored to help you get closer to what you want...whether that’s getting stronger, moving better, feeling more confident, or losing a bitta of body fat. 

 

You can train 1:1 or bring a friend, partner, or family member for a fun, shared session while still keeping it personal to you and your goal.

You’ll get expert guidance on technique, progressive programming and loads of encouragement and cheering you on to keep you consistent. I'll educate you how to keep progressing and perfecting your form.

I put my heart into making sessions fun...it’s important to me that you enjoy what you’re doing while still putting in the work. I’ll always make sure we go at a pace that suits you, with just the right amount of push to challenge yourself and build strength and confidence, without BIG pressure.

The Low Down...

Why train with me?

I can probably relate to you in some way. I haven’t always been a gym fanatic! But I found a great coach one day who turned it all around for me and made me fall in love with training, how it made me feel and what it did for my body. Now it’s my mission to do the same for others...to help you train for the better version of you.

I’ll keep it simple for ya! I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at with no judgment. My focus is on helping you feel confident in the gym, believe in yourself, teaching you proper technique and helping you fall in love with training so that it becomes part of your life. You're training for the future you!

I’ll always explain the why behind what you’re doing, so you understand your progress and you can keep moving forward long after our sessions.

 

Part of being a good coach means teaching you how to do this on your own. I wouldn’t be doing my job properly if you needed me forever.

I’m a woman, training women, specialising in women’s strength and fitness. I get it. I understand the challenges, the headspace and the wins that come with building strength, and I’m here to help you every step of the way.

Got questions?

I’m a beginner — is this for me? Absolutely! Most of my clients start out with little or no experience in the gym. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, with zero judgment. You’ll quickly build confidence, learn how to lift safely, and actually enjoy training.

Do you help with nutrition too? Yes! I offer basic nutrition support alongside your training. I’m currently studying for my Level 4 Nutrition qualification, so soon I’ll be able to offer even more in-depth guidance. My approach is all about realistic, simple habits that fit your lifestyle. No crazy restrictions or boring meal plans!

Do I need to be a Fit100 member? Nope! You don’t need a membership to train with me...but if you are a Fit100 member, you’ll get a cheeky discount of up to 20% off your bookings with me.

How long are sessions? All PT sessions are 60 minutes... enough time to warm up, throw some weights around and have a cool down and stretch.

What if I’m injured or not very fit right now? That’s totally fine. Everything I do is tailored to you, so we’ll always work around injuries or limitations, as long as your doctor is happy for you to workout, you can work with me. We'll take any injury's and your current level of fitness into consideration to make sure we work safely and at your own pace.

What’s the difference between in-person and online coaching? In-person sessions give you that hands-on support and a little bit more accountability, whereas online coaching is great for those who go to the gym but need some structure and accountability. You’ll still get a tailored plan, weekly check-ins, and my support in your pocket!

Can I train with a friend or partner? Yes! I offer couple sessions they’re brilliant for a bit of friendly motivation and confidence (and a few laughs). You’ll both get guidance tailored to your own goals while training together.

How much does it cost? My PAYG 1:1 PT sessions are £40ph, £35 if you're a Fit100 member. You can save by purchasing a block of sessions or a monthly membership. Take a look at my Plans and Pricing Page!

What if I can’t make a session? Life happens! Just try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule. That way, someone else can make use of the slot too.
